Make sure your child is buckled in safely. Have your car seat checked by a Child Restraint Systems Technician. Checks are free and take about one half hour. Children should be present at the time. The Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre has three pools; a 25-meter six-lane pool for laps and various activities; a two-lane recreational pool for swimming and aquafitness sessions; and a second recreational pool with a slope from 0 to 1.4 meters equipped with water games, waterslides, a sitting and water jets area and a pirate’s boat for the little ones. Safety equipment such as life jackets is available for young children and non-swimmers. During public swims, clients can use water tubes, snakes, boards and training equipment free of charge.
Bathing caps are required for everyone except for completely bald persons. Bathing caps are on sale at the reception desk.
