Community Tree Yoga Studio

What: KIDS SUMMER WELLNESS CAMP The Community Tree is excited to announce that we will be hosting Kids Summer Wellness Camps in the studio! What is that? It is a week of fun activities that aim to foster your child’s overall health & wellness, while at the same time teaching them how to maintain that wellness throughout the year. We will be doing daily yoga, mindfulness, healthy eating and nature activities.
The best part is that this camp is only for 6 awesome children at a time, making it easier for them to be curious, try something new and ask all the questions. Our yoga teacher and Child & Youth Care Worker Maria Desfosses will be running this camp, as she has many times in the past with other youth groups. With help from Natural Holistic Nutritional Consultant Jess O’Blenis and Maria’s daughter Elizabeth (9yrs old).

When: June 25th-29th July 23rd – 27th July 30th – Aug 3rd Aug 13th – 17th Aug 20th – 24th 9am – 4pm is the camp time, drop off is at 8:30am and pick up before 4:30pm. If you need to drop off earlier or pick up later let us know and we will work something out.

What: hop! skip! jump! Day Camp will take place on-site at hop! skip! jump! Indoor Play Space – Moncton Branch over the course of June, July, and August. Campers will have non-stop fun each day! This is a critical stage for the development of physical literacy, and it is during this time that the foundations of many advanced skills are laid down. For example, they will not focus as much on the actual sport of basketball as they will on the fundamental movement skills of dribbling, passing, catching, etc.
GRADES 3 to 6: Will learn overall sport skills. This is the most important stage for the development of sport specific skills as it is a period of accelerated learning of coordination and fine motor control. Renardi Camps and Playful Renardi in Dieppe

What: Renardi Camps are available to children who have completed kindergarten and up to fifth grade. Playful Renardi is for children ages 3-5 and provides them with an environment for making new friends, discovering new talents and making crafts.
